Delivery Timeframe
Our estimated delivery timeframe is 7 to 15 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

If your order is confirmed as lost, undelivered, or significantly delayed beyond the agreed delivery timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, scratched, crushed, or in poor condition, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds
